How to register ?

It couldn’t be easier: just print the document here below, fill it in and send it with a check for your registration fee (or 5 checks if you have chosen to pay in instalments) and the deposit check for the timing transponder (two checks payable to ADPSM) to the following address:

Once your registration form has been accepted by the organising committee of the Dark Dog Moto Tour, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail or post.

Your registration is not complete until all the required documents and payments have been received. If you choose to pay in one instalment, your check will be cashed at the beginning of June only if your registration is confirmed by the organising committee of the Dark Dog Moto Tour.

The check for the deposit is not cashed unless the transponder is not returned at the end of the Dark Dog Moto Tour.

By entering the Dark Dog Moto Tour, you will enjoy:

• Participation in the Dark Dog Moto Tour.
• A parking space in the service area during the race (a separate form will be sent to you later to enquire about any special needs you may have).
• Liability insurance.
• A road map of the race (to be downloaded and printed out by each participant).
• Your return flight ticket to Corsica, and that of your motorcycle.

With the solo option, you will also enjoy:

• Accommodation in a group tent, with heating and air-conditioning.
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided.
• Technical assistance by Mutuelle des Motards in the service area each night.
• Transport of your personal belongings.

Rates

You can pay in one or five instalments:

• DDMT: 5 checks of 230€, cashed 01/05, 01/06, 01/07, 01/08 and 01/09.
• DDMT – Solo option: 5 checks of 500€, cashed 01/05, 01/06, 01/07, 01/08 and 01/09.

Other costs (except for Gentleman Rider)

Cancellation Policy

• Prior to May 31, 2012: 75% of the registration fees will be refunded.
• Between June 1 and July 31, 2012: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded.
• After August 1, 2012 : No refund will be made.
